Concrete Stairs Repair
Our concrete experts assessed repair need for 9ft tall stairs. Cracks were filled in a with filling bond and resurfaced with a thin layer of concrete to give it a smooth finish.
Closure of Parapet Wall and Entire Wall Parge
Open parapet wall with about 3x20 ft open cavity. Our expert masons laid back the bricks and reconnected the roof. Old layer of cement was removed then re-purged with cement and a smooth and secured finish was accomplished.
Tuckpoint and Brick Replacement
Our skilled masons assessed bricks joints were starting to come off, causing the brick to collapse. A masonry saw was used to precisely remove brick so then it can be cleaned and put back with mortar mix.
Tuckpoint and Lintel Replacement
Skilled masons evaluated and replaced a deteriorated 8 foot long lintel that held brick structures above windows. Finished installation by laying brick back into the structure.
Roof Patching
Skilled roofers patched roof to prevent further leaks.
